So...  New promotions guidelines are on the site.  Thanks much to Valien for this!  Sorry I've been gone so long, but, well, the weedding to precendence.  Again, sorry about that.

Good news, though, is that Alliance Admiral Waller is now hitched!    Very happy about this, and thanks to Valien and DanFiveTen for the encouragment, and helping keep us up and running!

We now have two new Fleets attached, as well.  Dan is running our M.A.C.O. Fleet, and we now have an "Aggressor" Fleet for those of you with Klingon Imperial characters.
